REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST
in the agricultural sector
Main job responsibilities:
• Organize the company’s and clients’ real estate transaction records;
Participate in the development and coordination of real estate purchase/sale projects, managing real estate transactions, solving land lease and management issues;
• Maintain communication with real estate buyers/sellers/lessees;
• Prepare and update real estate information and presentation materials;
• Draw and prepare real estate maps and purchase/sale/rental materials;
• To work professionally with the information necessary for the project from public databases (www.lursoft.lv, www.zemesgramata.lv, www.kadastrs.lv, etc.);
• Coordinate the activity of outsourcing providers and ensure timely receipt of documents from cooperation partners, natural and legal persons, state and local government institutions;
• Carry out the implementation of the Internal Control System – research, evaluation and monitoring of customer risks in accordance with the Internal Control System in the company and the current regulatory enactments;
• Maintain and improve the company’s website and social network accounts independently and in cooperation with an outsource service provider;
• Promote the attraction of new customers;
• To be knowledgeable in issues related to the agricultural and forest real estate sector and to be familiar with the regulatory acts related to the performance of duties;
• Participate in professional qualification raising events.
Requirements for the candidate:
• Higher education, preferably in economics, business management, real estate management and valuation or another related field;
• Work experience relevant to the performance of the duties of the position;
• Knowledge of working with cartographic material, topographic plans;
• The ability to confidently communicate face-to-face and remotely (both verbally and in writing) with foreign and local clients and cooperation partners;
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Latvian and very good English;
• Very good computer skills, preferably skills in using layout and/or graphic design programs; the ability to quickly learn new skills in working with special computer programs;
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to skilfully plan and structure your working time and prioritize tasks, take the initiative, solve difficult situations, analytical and structured thinking, accuracy, reliability;
• Loyal and honest personality;
• B category driving license.
