The Rural Support Service has started an annual survey of agricultural land (UAA) and publishing initial results on the RSS map (https://karte.lad.gov.lv). The map shows only those land units, which according to the information available to the RSS, has not been managed to the required extent (at least 70% of the UAA must be managed).
In the event that the owner considers that the particular area of the UAA has been cultivated, please inform the service so that the published information can be re-evaluated.
It is important to keep in mind that the information on the map is updated once a day, so the service invites you to keep up to date.
Data on all uncultivated properties will be sent to municipalities by November 20 this year for the application of the top-up immovable property tax.
